This is a quick list of things to do for a **stable** release of Timesheet Next Gen:

  * Update everything in SVN:/trunk 
  * Create tag from /trunk as /tags/1.4.1
  * Create a ZIP from sourceforge viewVC as timesheet.ng-1.4.1.zip
  * Upload ZIP file to sourceforge
  * Create a news item on sourceforge
  * Close the resolved Mantis Bugs
  * Update [[releases]]
  * Update the Wiki main page
  * Beer

For Rob to do:
  * Create an article on www.timesheetng.org
  * Update the [[http://demo.timesheet.org|demo.timesheetng.org]]
  * Check the links on the  [[http://www.timesheetng.org/downloads|downloads page]]

===== Website(s) =====

This is a list of thins I need to do for the websites, including the [[http://www.timesheetng.org|main site]], [[http://wiki.timesheetng.org|the wiki]] and [[http://bugs.timesheetng.org|the bug tracker]]

==== All Sites ====
  * Ideally it would be great to have a single login throughout all the sites
  * Get the branding finished (currently work in progress, but hopefully finished by end of the year!)
  * Get the site-wide "toolbar" finished - this will just be a toolbar placed at the top of each site that is consistent throughout all sites

==== Main Site ====
  * Create our own Drupal Template for the site
  * Get the [[http://www.timesheetng.org/downloads|downloads page]] linking to any releases proper
  * Sort out the [[http://www.timesheetng.org/official-documentation|official documentation]]
  * Get the demo up and running

==== Wiki ====
  * <del>Import the old wiki into the new one</del> Not worth it anymore.
  * Style it up so it is consistent with the main site (whilst still being very "wiki-ish")

==== Bug Tracker ====

  * Style it up so it is consistent with the main site (whilst still being very "bug tracker-ish")
