This is a quick list of things to do for a stable release of Timesheet Next Gen:

• Update everything in SVN:/trunk
• Create tag from /trunk as /tags/1.4.1
• Create a ZIP from sourceforge viewVC as timesheet.ng-1.4.1.zip
• Upload ZIP file to sourceforge
• Create a news item on sourceforge
• Close the resolved Mantis Bugs
• Update releases
• Update the Wiki main page
• Beer

For Rob to do:

• Create an article on www.timesheetng.org
• Update the demo.timesheetng.org
• Check the links on the downloads page

This is a list of thins I need to do for the websites, including the main site, the wiki and the bug tracker

• Ideally it would be great to have a single login throughout all the sites
• Get the branding finished (currently work in progress, but hopefully finished by end of the year!)
• Get the site-wide “toolbar” finished - this will just be a toolbar placed at the top of each site that is consistent throughout all sites

• Create our own Drupal Template for the site
• Get the downloads page linking to any releases proper
• Sort out the official documentation
• Get the demo up and running

• Import the old wiki into the new one Not worth it anymore.
• Style it up so it is consistent with the main site (whilst still being very “wiki-ish”)

There is too much stuff to remember off the top of my head at the moment!!
